Looking for dynamic individual to assist with management of client company located at Nellis Air Force Base, NLV, NV.

Must meet the following requirements:

Clean background with no prior felonies; required to gain access to NAFB.

Able to pass a drug test.

Your own transportation with valid vehicle registration and insurance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Adept at using Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Prior experience performing payroll for 100+ employees.

Prior recruiting experience, to include posting open positions, screening, and interviewing.

Military background or experience is preferred.

Any prior HR experience is a plus.

Minimum of two years of previous related work experience is required. Bachelors degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Job Description:

Individual will be responsible for assisting with management of 80+ contract personnel working for client company at NAFB. Responsibilities include being a liaison to client company and contract employees. Responsible for collecting, reviewing, approving and processing time sheets for bi-weekly payroll. Also will be responsible for accepting approved time off requests and insuring time off, if applicable, is paid and recorded.

Responsibilities include reacting to any HR and/or personnel issues that arise, to include on the job injuries. Individual will also actively recruit for NAFB project and regional staffing needs. Lastly, will also be responsible for routinely visiting job site to maintain and further develop existing relationships with client company and contract staff.

Individual will report to our company HR Director and Regional Director. Salary depends on experience.
